Norman Franklin
Biography: Norman Franklin began his professional career marketing fighter aircraft systems, including industrial offset and co-production options, to NATO and SEATO countries. In this role he was part of a large-team effort for the successful B2 Stealth Bomber proposal. Norman was the founder of Interactive Television Corporation, and was the inventor of the best-selling Jeopardy! Challenger electronic game. His work on Interactive Television Operating System (ITVOS) and the TubertTM controller was early-stage development of what would become digital video recording (DVR). He is currently an active board member of BioActive Therapeutics, assisting in corporate development, strategic planning, and capital formation efforts. He is also involved in business development for new ventures, is the creator of an innovative educational and entertainment quiz-engine software program, and mentors entrepreneurs and inventors to help them pioneer their visions. Norman is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, with a bachelor of arts in social science and economics.
